The Computerized Logbook for the Dedicated Athlete

The calendar screen displays a month of workouts and totals. Workouts are entered by clicking on a day and entering your distance and time in the workout screen. Additional fields are available to track ctheses, pulses, splits/intervals, and notes. A variety of reports and graphs are available to analyze your training efforts.
In the newest version, the new workout custom tab allows you to create your own fields for workouts and the new report builder allows you to create your own custom reports.

Recently my wife, tired of me chuckling over her old methods, started using Athlete's Log after years of writing her runs down in a desk calender. This weekend she participated in Hood-to-Coast and entered her runs into Athlete's Log. On Sunday night I was having some problems with my PC and there was a chance that I was going to have to reformat my hard drive. Luckily, it didn't happen, but you should have seen my wife's face - the first thing she asked about was all of her runs; never mind the financial information and work info we have stored, all she cared about was Athlete's Log and what it has done for her. Both of us would be pretty lost without it.
The Athletes Log - 2000 has been a great help in my almost daily running routine. I have used many different programs over the past 30 years in my attempt to keep a record of the effort I put out, and The Athletes Log - 2000 gives me a very clear and precise reflection of my performances both in my daily schedule and my 10K road racing I do periodically. I will certainly recommend The Athletes Log - 2000 to all my running buddies.
