Pork Medallions with Asian Glaze

Submitted by Jhrdwyn

Don't limit the use of this flavorful glaze to pork. It's wonderful brushed on any meat.

  • Asian Glaze
  • 6 pork bonless loin or center cut chops, about 1/2 inch thick (approx 1.5 lbs)
  1. Set oven control to broil.
  2. Spray shallow roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Prepare Asian Glaze.
  4. Trim fat from chops or loin.
  5. Place in pan, brush with 1/2 of glaze.
  6. Broil with tops 7 inches from heat for about 5 minutes (every oven is different so check often); turn, brush with remaining glaze.
  7. Broil 5 to 6 minutes, longer for medium doness (160°).
