Yummy Lowfat Chicken

  • 3 cups cornflakes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray 8" square baking pan with non-stick coating.
  2. Crush cornflakes in large freezer bag, add sesame seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Dip chicken in milk, then place in bag. Shake until coated.
  5. Place chicken in baking pan. Drizzle melted margarine over top of chicken.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through.
