Barbecued Pork

Serves 4
  1. Marinate pork tenderloin in barbecue sauce for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days.
  2. Grill or broil pork tenderloin 4 inches from heat until well-done, turning often (about 25 minutes) Heat remaining barbecue sauce.
Serve over rice or hominy
